These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nutriguide mobile application, website at nutriguide.app, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Raj Information Systems("Nutriguide," "we," "us," or "our").

Product and nutrition data may come from third-party databases and user-contributed sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always read product labels and consult qualified healthcare professionals before making significant dietary or medical decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary needs.
You retain ownership of information you submit to the Services. You grant us a license to use, store, process, and display that information as necessary to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Services, including software, design, branding, and content we provide, are owned by Nutriguide or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, sign-in providers, app stores, and data sources. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTRIGUIDE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutriguide from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be in state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
